So, City Connection, I'm very fond of your recent ports of CAVE, Psikyo and Taito STGs. Tutorial from 360 version missing?

Greetings. Waiting on the PS4 port, but for the Steam version, from what I'm hearing on the Elixir shmup discord channel, the tutorial that was in the Xbox 360 version that explained the mechanics of each version of the game is missing from this port? Seems like that's something that absolutely should be included if it is indeed missing?
