can we get a little more context for the game universe? nothing makes sense here

can we all start with randomize talents? like one person is an amazing builder, the other is a genius scientist ..all these people need each other it'd sort of be like Rimworld where each person has their unique traits positive/negative? can also take a lot from death stranding in terms of exploration and mapping out the dangerous planet hazards so on and so forth...

there are no servers up beware or maybe abandoned?
