anybody know where its at?

i collected all the trash on all stages and i got all skins but chonky boi he costs 100 and i only have 98. Replaying stages don't give you more trash

I'm having an issue with all the menus where it's acting as if there's a controller on keyboard holding up (even through there isn't) and it makes it impossible to do anything in the menus. I just don't know what im doing wrong and everytime i think im going perfectly without messing up and dashing on the rails i always get 7 seconds above the challenge time :(
