Far too high scaling, Route 17 you have a chick on the left who has lvl 13 Tomomon, then to the left of her the guy has level 17s.... why??

Final Boss

Being unable to access the discord I find myself having to ask here. I cannot beat the champions Azrarak. I can one shot the rest of her team with my own Ice based team but I can't even scratch this one guy even at level 100 and over +100% damage boost to ice moves. Any help would be appreciated....

Trying To Beat The Ending

****spoiler Alert***** I've been grinding and grinding trying to level up to beat the guy who did the ritual but nothing I do seems to help. I've used the chips to add defense but I still get one shot every single time. Any tips? The switch up of how easy everything else is/was to this match is crazy....
