I can't open the game

Hi, I just brought the game and I get an error like this everytime I try to open the game: LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line:258] etc... Does anyone have the same error ? Because if it's just me I will just ask for a refund since I don't have pass 2hrs of game....

USK 18 germany

Not entirely sure what it will be in the end, but for now I just ask for an USK 18 rating where I can get it, two or three games got it after asking and made it aviable, some others just released with it. edit: Might be unnecessary, but I want to add that this would make it aviable in germany. Just saying that and that I heard most of it already, to prevent any repeating information i got on adult games on steam for germany and co. I think it's the publisher that already has some USK 18 games but I can't...
