Can't Zoom or Rotate Tracks

I assume that in the tutorial it means to indicate that scrolling the mouse wheel up and down is meant to zoom the camera, and that the same thing is meant to rotate track pieces when you're placing them. However, that isn't the case. I can't figure out what else the icon is supposed to mean....

Translation Issue

I'm so sorry, but the demo only shows symbols and broken text for me when reading the tutorials and anything that requires long bits of text. I don't know what I'm doing and I can't play it as is. Maybe next time I'll try the demo when the languages get fixed....

Graphics Blury?

I changed settings to high graphics and 60fps and unlimited, but in full screen mode everything is slightly stretched and blurry, as if it isn't made for full screen. Blurriness disappears when swapping to windowed mode.
