We're an hour away from the release of the new patch. Here's a look at what's coming in this patch

🎯 Key Update

FLEX Perk Restored – The FLEX perk is now fully functional again! Players with this perk equipped on their items will now correctly earn FLEX currency.

💰 Economy & Rewards

Daily FLEX Pool – A new daily pool has been added for collecting FLEX currency. Players can check the available pool in their character stats.
VR Reward Screen Improvements – The reward screen for VR players has been updated to display challenges properly.
Various tweaks across the board for badges, recharge costs and Proxy $BFT yield
More Proxy $BFT added to the reward pool!

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

Boosted Perk Rolls Fixes

Boosted Perk Rolls are now available for VR devices.
Fixed an issue where the Boosted Perk Roll button was displayed as available even when the player had insufficient currency. The boost was not applied, but now the button correctly reflects the availability.
VR Inventory Fixes – Several inventory-related issues for VR players have been resolved for a smoother experience.
Fighter Respawn Invulnerability Adjustment – If a Fighter fires a weapon while still in post-respawn invulnerability, the effect will immediately end.
Orb UI Fix – The Orb icon now correctly disappears after the fighter's death.
Improved Client-Server Interconnection – Fixed several issues causing the game to hang in random places, such as getting stuck on the login screen.
Game Stability Improvements – Various minor technical fixes and optimizations to enhance overall gameplay experience.

⚠️ Known Issues

Value Perks roll on NFT Crafting: Currently, there is no option to roll Value Perks during NFT Crafting— only accessible during an NFT Merge.
Incompatible Value Perk Challenges: When crafting new NFT items of Rare quality and above, items still might receive incompatible challenges (ex. Toxic and Physical damage on the same item for Fighters) - we are working on the solution for this issue. In the next update we plan to automatically replace some incompatible challenges on Value Perks with more general and install compatibility rules for challenges on crafting. As of now, we recommend using NFT merging to make high level NFT items, instead of instant crafting NFTs.
Skin Set Bonuses Not Available: At this time, there are no bonuses for completing certain skin sets, such as "Feeling Toasty" and "Toxic Cola".

Boss Equipment Bug
Some players may experience issues with equipping items for the boss. Selected items may not always equip correctly.
Temporary Solution: Restarting the game typically resolves this issue.

🆕 New Features & Gameplay Changes

Fighter Gadgets Cooldown Update

Fighters’ gadgets now continue to recharge at a reduced rate even while caught in the boss’s claw.
This change creates a more balanced and engaging experience for both Bosses and Fighters.

Fighter Orbs Improvements

No More Stuck Orbs: Orbs no longer get stuck in mid-air or fall inside objects.
Predictable Drops: Orbs dropping from the Boss follow a consistent pattern, making it easier to anticipate and plan your attacks.

Balance Update

Antimatter Gun: Increased charge speed and projectile velocity.
Boss Auto Repair Gadget: reduced healing effect

🔊 Audio & Visual Enhancements

New SFX A variety of new sound effects have been added to enhance immersion.
VFX Optimization:Select visual effects have been optimized to improve overall performance and reduce lag.

Minor tweaks and fixes to interactive elements on the arena floor, aimed at improving gameplay flow and player engagement.

🆕 New Boss Weapon: Gravity Gun

The Gravity Gun is here! This powerful new boss weapon allows you to:
💥 Pull objects towards you with immense gravitational force.
💥 Launch objects at fighters, dealing devastating damage!

🛠️ Fixes

🔧 Crash Fixes: We've worked hard to address the majority of crashes and disconnects reported by players. Let us know if any issues persist!
🔧 Filter Fixes: Fixed broken filters in the Forge. Filters for rarity and items now work as intended.

⚙️ Improvements

Physics Tweaks: Item collision physics have been improved across the board. Items now interact and collided more accurately.

🔄 Balancing

Railgun Adjustment:

✅ Increased Damage: The Railgun now packs a stronger punch.
✅ New Experimental Mechanic: Added weapon sway pattern in the scope mode to make shots more dynamic and skill demanding.

NOTE: In the next update we plan to introduce Better Aim power perk, to allow players optimizing their gear for precision shots.

Honest thoughts

The good: - Great idea on paper - It can be fun to break the map and throw people around The bad: - Not that great of an idea in execution - VR is unfun (and outright annoying) to play: -- The VR controls terribly, I always felt like I was getting stuck -- The VR weapons system is pretty bad, having to constantly switch between movement and weapons gets annoying fast, it might just as well be faster to grab stuff instead (If THAT works) -- The VR UI is horrible and barely readable, not sure if people were...

NFTs? :(

Why NFTs? Just make a normal ingame shop, you can still sell user generated content. Nobody cares for blockchain or web3, this stuff is dead as there was so much bad publicity (Ubisoft Quartz and Crypto in general). This could kill a good looking game. Do you plan your own crypto or tokens? Because thats when people will leave in droves....
