Nice to see this finally released for English speakers

Pros:
-Solid love triangle drama. The Mitsuki and Haruka routes are great
-Great performances
-Plenty of bonus content. The free DLC and the stories that are packed into the base game add a ton of value
-The all-ages version is not too censored. The VN still references adult content, for example

Cons:
-The decisions made by the hospital staff are unbelievable
-While the all-ages version is less censored than I expected, it is still censored
-Clearly designed for mobile, and it makes the UI insufferable
-The anime is better for a few reasons:
*Too much time spent on indecision in the visual novel causes the plot to crawl. The anime does not waste your time
*The anime has dramatic moments from all routes in a single route, making the plot more dramatic
*The anime adds new scenes that are excellent, and the times where they change the plot are almost always a positive change

You should probably just watch the anime, but if you are a big VN reader or love Muv-Luv, read this. 7/10
