OK, which of you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in Bandai decided combining the thrust button and the jump button together was a good idea?

Do you even lift?

This is the first Gundam Breaker game I've played and was not disappointed. It has a ESRB rating for Teen and is important for context later in the review.

Story/Characters/Design/Combat: There is a story mode with 7 chapters and has to be the weakest aspect of the game. Not the gameplay itself but trying to care about the Gunpla Universe. Remember they are limited here with how deep they can go with the story without hitting the M rating. Quick basic breakdown is someone is trying to destroy the GBU, IT might have a good point of why IT wants to. Your character is a generic player and his in game friends are mix bunch of goofy/cartoonish styles and colors. Now we get to the good stuff. The Gunpla artwork is great and the scaling matches what it should per grade. For example the HG kits are smaller but not less powerful to the MG kits, likewise with the SD. The combat is not a big, slow actual mobile suit feeling, its a faster action type gameplay.

Game Modes/Customization/Events and Music: Three core battle modes with Story, Bounty and Survival. These will unlock as you level up and progress within the story. Also a non-combat mode more for creation is Diorama Mode. The customization is amazing with thousands of possibilities. This is the game, the creation and building aspect. You can level up each individual parts and weapons. Some parts will have an extra skill such as EX , Option, and abilities-(are passive). Customization matters for multiple reasons, the obvious one is battles. You can team up online 3 player co-op to do PVE, no pvp. Maybe its because of the Teen rating. Creating in the Diorama at first might seem tricky, but once you understand it, loads of fun. You can upload your awesome design and have it shown to all GB4 players and if its good enough win some monthly events. Music is smooth and I love that tune that plays when looking in gallery or Diorama event images.

Some say its a downgrade from GB3 I don't know, but regardless it's not a bad game at all. Get in there friends and create your dream Gunpla. Special thanks to my friend Fallen (G-Dog) for the game, although an Earthnoid, he's all right in my book!
