I live that you can pick what you like to do and run with it. Battles but not relationships? Sure! Mining but not decorating. Cool! Hours and hours and hours of game play and still fun to play through again. Cozy and a lovely escape. 10/10

Good game, very fun honestly even though it's "simple, and rather basic" and I have played game like it a 100 times before, however, I still would recommend as it has a few fresh ideas and fun things to do, though I will be honest, with how much good things I heard from this game, I definitely expected more.

A few of annoying things though:

- Your animals don't heal up on level up which is VERY stupid in a game this combat centered. I have literally ran out of healing items. Because of this AND:
- Enemies just get one of your animals in their sight and just keep hitting that one animal over and over again, even though there are two others absolutely untouched! Very frustrating.
- When an animal is defeated in combat it doesn't take ANY XP points, not even if it was defeated after you banished one or two enemies. It takes NO XP, which is very bad honestly, it makes you not want to change animals (if they are under- leveled) because leveling them up becomes very frustrating. The problem with that is:
- Areas varies greatly in enemy levels, there is like 5 levels gap between enemies you see in levels.
- Also another annoying things with areas, it feels scattered levels wise. Two areas next to another, one have enemies level 25, next to it 35. You can't level up 10 levels in a small area! Unless you farm A LOT.
- When you cook, it takes time, and you have to be near it when it finishes or it will burn!
- I really wish the game tells you if you already have a tamed animal if you are fighting the same type, there are a lot so you forget.

The combat is fine I guess, not my kind of combat (turn based and card system) but does the job, however, the two points I mentioned up REALLY make it annoying to do sometimes. Really good that there is a skill for lower enemies to run from you.


Final thoughts: Unfortunately, it is not that great, I got bored relatively fast, as I said in the beginning, it feels shallow, you do have a few things to do, but they get boring very fast, no depth to it. Could have been WAY better. If it the islands were made better, they are very samey, and nothing to do on them really, a lot of them don't even have a dungeon, they are just there to fill the game. It would have been way better to have fewer islands to explore and they were unique in enemy types, things you find on them (plants, etc) instead of seasons, which adds more to how repetitive the game gets.

I would still recommend it as it does a few new and fun things, and people who like this kind of combat will probably enjoy it more.
