So the description of the game somewhat did show me that this game might lack a person whom isnt a programmer or game dev but rather a story dev and questline dev. Will there be additional content for this game?

I picked up the sword (there isn't IMO any other thing to pick up like shield in level 1). It's quite clear that I am supposed to do something with the artifact (glowing orb guarded by four enemies) but what? Or am I supposed to do something completely different?...
