i can not finished the Pond near the Tanks why ?

Can someone please tell me how to save my game? There is no save button appearing in the pause menu after the tutorial has ended and I have my own shop so I don't know how to save the game

I'm at the stage in the game where I just inherited the basement to turn it into a fish shop.
