Finished all levels earning 3 stars but didn't get achievements "Excellent driver", "The Driver". Does anyone know the solution to the problem?

Car doesn't idle without input. Car moves forwards without any input. Car moves forward while it's on it's roof, rear or front without input. Controls are sluggish at best. View-angle makes timing with sluggish controls luck-based at best. Control scheme are ill fitted for the type of game, more dual hand controls needed for keyboard, add possibility for control change in full game.
