I prefer running in a windowed mode and not fullscreen. How do I do this?

What do the combo do? It seems the score of clicking and collecting stays the same no matter the level of combo. Also, just personal opinion, but the size of collectible should matter. it doesn't matter they are big or smalll, they give the same score. And finally, is there a wipe/restart bonus sytem in the game as it is usually the case in a lot of clickers? I said finally, but I lied. Is there a way to zoom on the girls or even have them zoomed a little more in by default? Most of the screen is taken ...
