the author passed away or pc died
they can no longer nupdate this mod you need to download vj base 2.1.3.0 on vj base github releases dont download higher versions it will not work i would recommend 2.1.3.0 that way the guns work fine

*UPDATE* obersoldaten passed away but another creator is inactive for mental health

*UPDATE #2* i've found out that obersoldaten is alive, what died is his pc. i got the info from a random website that sees activity, he is still RIP
