[2017/10/21] Custom console commands and recommended binds

cw_kk_melee
- command for melee attack

bind mouse5 cw_kk_melee

cw_kk_throwfrag
- command for quick grenade
- functions same as [+use] & [+attack] pressed together

bind mouse3 cw_kk_throwfrag

cw_kk_ins2_cyclenadetype
- command for cycling quick grenade types

bind x cw_kk_ins2_cyclenadetype

cw_kk_firemode
- command for cycling fire modes
- functions same as [+use] & [+reload] pressed together

bind mouse4 cw_kk_firemode

slot7
- command for attaching attachments in category [7]
