You can manually change the IDs for vehicles and items in their respective files
Another mod's IDs may clash with this modpack. Check the ID of the Bugatti crate and compare it to any other mods you have
Try changing the ID to the item you are trying to spawn. The ID used might be used in another mod you have installed.
To test that is the case, only run this mod alone and if it works then another mod makes it not work

its not @give its /give, to spawn in vehicles you use @vehicle (id) to give yourself an item do, /give (id)
