Does this mod not work on primitive servers? The mod downloads when the game is loading however I do not see anything in the engram list.

I have mod id 520879363 associated with my server.

Hello! Thank you for the mod. Been looking for something like this for awhile.

I have one question re: the smaller set of stairs. They don't seem to be as wide as a full floor or ceiling tile. If you place two directly next to each other there is a gap between them.

Am I getting incorrect snap points? Or is this working as designed?

It's because your primitive server is running a system which means you have to specify every single engram that is allowed, in the game.ini file. You will need to add the engrams for the stairs manually, unfortunately i dont have the numbers, im running primitive and i want to use this mod, if anyone can post the engram IDs it would be great.

Example of the game.ini file,

[/script/shootergame.shootergamemode]
bOnlyAllowSpecifiedEngrams=true
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_Campfire_C",EngramHidden=false,EngramPointsCost=3,EngramLevelRequirement=2,RemoveEngramPreReq=false)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneHatchet_C",EngramHidden=false,EngramPointsCost=3,EngramLevelRequirement=2,RemoveEngramPreReq=false)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_ClothBoots_C",EngramHidden=false,EngramPointsCost=3,EngramLevelRequirement=3,RemoveEngramPreReq=false)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneWallWithWindow_C",EngramHidden=false,EngramPointsCost=11,EngramLevelRequirement=25,RemoveEngramPreReq=false)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_WoodWindow_C",EngramHidden=false,EngramPointsCost=6,EngramLevelRequirement=25,RemoveEngramPreReq=false)

etc etc etc etc

I'm going to change snap points on normal stairs so they can be placed like spiral ones. Now they're based on ramp snap points that's why they're little glitchy sometimes.

@Incendiex Thank you for clearing that. Engram ID's are available here:

I cant seem to place the stairs down. I can make them but cant place them. It effects more then one mod, but not vinllia things. Do you know any fix?

Hello :) I just installed this mod and although the engrams are showing up, hitting the learn engram button does nothing.
Tigbitty 27 Sep, 2015 @ 4:25pm
I have the same issue as Sofie. Though I don't know if it matters, it was after I reinstalled the mod on the server with an updated version, after having the mod uninstalled from the server (I was doing troubleshooting because I was having mod-mismatch).

Either way, I have the engrams, but nobody can learn them, and I also cannot spawn any of the objects in either.

Please check if your files on server are updated. To be sure remove all mod files and upload them again from your local game folder. Here's tutorial when mod is not working: http://steamproxy.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/520879363/517142892064426992/

It is not a bug, but please fix the snap points. Last evening was a pain for me to build stairs the way i want. It is atm really hard to place stairs, because of the snap points.

Snap points are hard to make or change for me. I made stairs snap points based on ramps that's why they're not perfect. There are no tutorials or anything about snap points and I have to find a way to fix this by myself:/ It's not that easy.

Quarter rounded ceilings and foundations will not snap correctly, ceilings are the worst, they don't want to snap to the rounded walls at all, i can provide screenshots if it will help

That's why you have two versions of them. Left and right. Press "E" to rotate.

I can confirm that using E on these to flip works very well! Thanks!

Just a heads up, if I use the giveitem command, the items don't work. They show the green outline but don't place. If I craft the item, then the crafted item will place. Also, the "giveitem" stairs/walls etc, seem like they're a separate entity from the crafted ones as they also won't stack with a crafted one. This is in single player.
