Scripts not compiling
OK, so after taking time off from asset making I'm trying to run scripts in the debug console, scripts that used to work before the latest update, but they keep coming up as "[Error] : Failed to compile command-line!" Anyone else having this problem or is it just me? :steamsad:

I did some testing and found that scripts will run on my Windows partition of C:S, but will not work on my OSX partition of C:S. Since I do all of my asset creation on the Mac side it would be nice to have this mod working for OSX. Any other asset creators on Macs having a similar problem? Again, this just seems to have started since the last update back in April. It was working in February when I was using it last. Thanks in advance for any info.

After skimming the source code for Mod Tools I'm wondering now if this is a OSX/Steam problem. When I upgraded to Catalina I had to download a new version of Steam. Mod Tools is looking for the path "/Users/[USER NAME]/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities_Skylines/Cities.app/Contents/Frameworks/Mono/bin/mono" but there isn't a path there.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this mod is not compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina (at least the script compiling part of it). Other then using Windows on Bootcamp does anyone know of a work around for this problem?

Argh, this is why!

I was trying to convert a ski chair lift asset to work with the Gravitative Cable Car mod which requires running scripts in ModTools and getting errors. Looks like I'll have to install Skylines on Boot Camp and load up Parallels on the rare occasions that I need to run scripts.

I am getting the same errors. Can not proceed

Has anyone of you a solution / a workaround already? Switching to MS is _no_ solution. ;)

Well to be honest, switching to MS was my solution. I know it's not for everyone, but it works for me. When in Rome...

Still having issues with this on MacOs Monterey 12.2.1, looks like this will require a mod update to fix

Yeah the script to load savegame to map editor isn't working for me either!
