mat_fullbright 1 Problem [FIXED]
So every time I play Minerva in gmod it always has mat_fullbright 1 on. Even if I turned it off like mat_fullbright 0 it doesn't turn off. Please Fix this.

Enable HDR in your advanced video options menu. Just go to Options -> Video -> Advanced and the option you're looking for is High Dynamic Range (it's just under Motion Blur). Set that to Full (If available) and this will resolve most, if not all, maps affected by this issue.
