Items from Confederation Dillema
I have a couple questions about the items.

1. Does each LL have a unique list of items, or do they all pull from the same list? Or is it both, with LL's each having unique items and also pulling from a shared list?

2. Can each item only be obtained once, or do they repeat?

The collector in me wants them all, and I'd like to be able to plan my campaign strategy around this. Thanks.
