Problems with University focus
I run into the problem, that I can't switch University focus.. I choose Engineering and can never switch to any other and in the end I can only choose an Engineer or an Astronomer to promote. I can choose neither, then I get a random scientist, but rarely I get what I need..

What i'm missing? How to change the focus of University building?

you can only switch the focus once, its literally written in the descriptions

Thanks mate, I found the description confusing.. ok, now I have 3 universities with different focus and I can promotecany scientist!
