And btw, there's already a ton of in-game stuff as items.

Anyway, thy scythe here has a better story, because you need scythe to maintain a paddy field :D
It's an in game item. Many representations of in game items have been repeated. The person who designed the SoV for furion did not design the in game item.
This isn't plagiarism, you're just really, really uneducated.
You'd have a real difficult time convincing anyone it was plagiarized without seeing a version history of it that started from a completed item and transformed over time to another completed item.
I'm not sure whether steelseries hired someone to make the NP scythe or if Valve themselves made it. If the latter is the case I doubt any infringement claim is possible considering Valve would be the ones to make the claim and they've given permission to anyone to modify their game so long as nothing is sold through any vendor other than the ones specifically licensed by Valve i.e. the Dota in-game store and the Valve store or other partners.
Believe it or not if you didn't make the original yourself or have the intellectual property transferred to you, you have no right to make copyright infringement claims. The only thing you can do is notify the copyright holder of suspected infringement. (Which honestly I don't think this item is.)
Crystall Maiden have a Forcestaff. Pudge have ForceHook.
Crystall Maiden have a Eul Scepter. Rubick have it too.
Calm your butthurt, bro
