"New Englaland" or something along those lines, Englishmen who were exiled during the wake of William the Bastard's conquest of England, who decided to follow the paths of the Norse to Vinland and establish a new home in what is now Boston or around that area!
A nation caught between the powers of Vinland and Elysia, their mission tree should involve the return to England, and at home in Elysia, options to either be neutral and play off both Elysia and Vinland, or aligning with one to take out the other. If one of the alignment paths is chosen, then Elysia or Vinland would assist Englaland in their return to the old homeland. Their religion should reflect this as well, with the population portions of their population following Christianity and the Norse faith. Choosing Neutrality would be accepting both religions, aligning with Elysia if they are Christian would involve Englaland adopting Elysian Orthodoxy, aligning with the Norse would have Englaland becoming Norse as well. Their government should be an Elective Monarchy.
