You can use any sound from the GMod or HL2 (or any mounted game) directory, as well as the VPK files (cause it's the game files itself, just in another file format.)
I'll paste some example combine voicefile names below, try em out and pick whatever you want.
^ Both of these above play after a Combine npc finishes talking, which I guess is what you want.
There's too many voicelines to list, so have some hurt sounds
You can see all the voicefiles by downloading GCFscape, double clicking on a vpk in the hl2 (Half Life 2, not GMod), picking GCFscape. You then have a file browser. Go down onto npc/combine_soldier/vo/ and you have all the voice files there. Have fun!

but it wont work, am i doing something wrong or did I not read the description right
also im using the advanced spawn menu that shows materials and sounds
