answering all of your questions part 2
you probably saw me on the Effects to Physics addon, im just answering questions here.
Trigger_hurt means a part of the map that hurts/kills you
Trigger_waterydeath spawns leeches underwater that kill you
If there is nothing in Utilities try deleting addons as it is conflicting.
npc_maker is simply a npc maker, configurable in hammer
I did not make this or participate in it
It (most likely) doesn't work in any other source maps, like portal 2 or l4d2

I don't know much about area portals, all i know is that they reduce lag somehow. I think how they do it is basically if you're looking away from something then it deletes it, and if you're looking at it then it adds it

How can I use this?

I start the game(HL2), then just press Q?

Q Button does nothing in a game, and I cant even see this in synegy, as I see wll my workshow subcriptions there

You start GMOD, load into a hl2/story map and then mess around with the settings in the "Utilities" tab.

If it does not appear for you try deleting some addons.
