As the title says, the tool fails to generate physics for very small effects like thin posters or clutter props the size of a ragdoll's hand.

When physicized, the ring dissapears and the prop freezes where it was physicized and cant be interacted (even with tools like ragdoll mover, joint tool, remover, restraints, the physgun or collision with other props and players). It can still be deleted via the undo button though
