Any ragdoll mod such as Fedhoria. It will make the combine soldiers have a seizure while getting stuck in the ground.

That's good to know. Probably shouldn't have jumped to conclusions that early.

realism ragdoll is compatible with this
But Realism Ragdoll requires Fedhoria to work so I'm not sure what's going to happen without it

i just have the issue that no combine reskin mods work

It works completely for me... And as true proof, the zombie of this reskin curiously replaces the elite zombie and the shotgunner and the guard, the cut zombies do work.

it says in the description fedhoria is not actually required just optional
