The localization file directory is at:
Text/CB_Severe_Weather_Text.sql: line15
and is modified at:
Data/CB_Severe_Weather_GS.sql: line29

It seems like _NAME and _DESCRIPTION was not updated properly.
Will delete this thread if cannot be duplicated.
