Suggestions?
what are some things you'd like to see in this mod, or vaguely related to it?

Im in a Halloween mood 24/7/365.25 days a year, but any suggestion is fine.
preferably something I can build out of existing monster parts from in-game.

It looks really good and suiting for the game artstyle. I think that'd be cool if you could rework this into independent character. Not a replacement for Highwayman, but something new. Maybe even with new attacks.

Also it doesn't seems to me that bandages on the skeleton head should be colored. At least not in yellow color.

Im certainly on my way to doing that. the only things I have left to do to make him his own thing, are the Localizations/Barks, and any ideas for the remaining skills.

im not particularly happy with the green skin, but i had to make him look distinct from the others in the town thumbnail. it's supposed to be infected/blighted
I could darken his bones slightly, but it wouldn't really make sense

You could remove the gun and give him some skills like Skull Toss from Ghoul.
Some Mark skill would do well, I think.

i have a version of the pistol where he's got the cup from the Wine skeleton
Animation from Unholy Bosses from Ruins and Coves should help.

A mean, bandages should probably stay white on all skins. There is not so many thins to do with them.

I'll desaturate the bandage and darken his bones to see what it looks like,, but I want to keep the bandage lookng sickly.
as a head wrappinng, i can recolor it into a headband rather than a bandage

You could make him have a bandana instead of bandages, like this[darkestdungeon.gamepedia.com] fella from the crew.
Animation of this guy drinking[i.gyazo.com] could be used in a new buff skill for Skeletonman.

that guy drinking as a buff skill is a good idea, but then what do i put the unholy rally stuff on?
Maybe it could stun 2 enemies from the back, but also give stress to comrades. It could look somewhat like this[i.gyazo.com] from the Skeletonman side and like unholy rally from enemy's side.

And skull toss from ghoul could give stun as well but only to one target. Both those attack could synergize from Mark by having greater chance to stun.
