HIATUS WARNING
Because of Keen SWH's repeated pushing of broken updates which make it hard to impossible to maintain a running server, I am taking a long break from Space Engineers. This includes work on said server, mods, and support for these mods. Please keep in mind that we still would like you to message us if you intend to do work on our mods for other purposes. For the time being: Goodbye, Space Engineers. Maybe you become playable without me wanting to killmyself and/or the people responsible for pushing out QA-confirmed non-working updates actually changin their ways.

Warbros ModLabs brings you those neat modular thrusters Rider made, BUT FOR ATMOSPHERE HOLY JEEBUS. Yeah.

Content: Rider's Modular Thrusters, updated to work properly in atmosphere.
Status: Huffin', and a-puffin', and a-huffin'...
Useable: Wheeeee!
Sources: My appartment has a nice atmosphere. Very laid back.
Concepts: Uhm. This is not a good basis for jokes. Sorry.
Software Used: Dyson AirCon Tower 5200 Deluxe.

Description:
Based on my reupload afer the flagging fiasco, I took Rider's Thrusters, and made them atmospheric, with adjusted block costs, requiring atmosphere, and so on. Now you can use the neatest of thrusteroonis while onna blaned!

UPDATE 1:
Thruster face, Thruster face sloped, Thruster soped top line are now 1x1x1 boundary box.
Also fixed messed up subtype IDs on several small blocks, which caused them not to appear in the block categories they belonged into. This may cause some worlds to lose these small atmospheric thrusters. I am sorry for any inconvenience. You can replace them, this is stable now and won't change hencefort.

DX9/DX11 Status:
We are in the post-planets era. Any mod you see released by me is DX11 and usually still supports DX9, but if one of those is not working right, it is DX9. DX11 is what I focus on, as any modder worth his salt should. Please don't ask "Is this DX11 compatible?". Yes it is. I am not going to release a mod that I cannot use myself, and since I run a server with planets, that means DX11 is always gonna work. If anything DX9 users might sometimes not luck out. But DX11 will always work.

Who can help with the problem? These trasters are considered in the control panel as unfinished, although they are welded 100%. Reinstalled the mod several times, does not help. What could be the reason?

Yupp, that's the issue. Consider there boys depracted and switch to the newer version from my workshop.

I don't know if it is a known issue, but the these atmospheric thrusters' don't need any welding to function. The problem is that in the definitions these still have the "CriticalComponent" "Thrust", but atmospheric thrusters don't need thruster components.

whats the power output compared with vanilla thrusters and whats the power draw compared to old Riders thrusters?

PhunkMaz: The thrusters have an emissive map that is slightly darker than the full thrust light. If you turn them off, they will be darker. You can also put an antenna on the ship, set it to broadcast, then set the thruster you are looking for to "Show on HUD".

Concretee blocks well the energy Shield doesn't protection modded blocks so ya get destroyed the shield because the blocks are protected the concrete blocks take no Thruster damage you probably could have trusted damage in the mod in less they destroy the blocks are attached to

On destroying ships do you mean capital ships or the ship they're attached to because if you mean Capital ships most people use concrete blocks for their hangers nowadays well at least I do so destroying Capital ships hangers they can't concrete blocks stop all block damage with thrusters
