I have the same issue with GUI as Vince and Reanon. All DLC are included. So have to turn off this bugged mod

Ok, after many retries i finally found the problem, the DLC´s, at some point i disabled some DLC´s and for some reason that fked up the values, so.. now i feel like a rtard, problems resolved, that was the issue, sorry for wasting your time with this.

Weird works perfectly fine on my side, what you could try is copy the .gui files from the mod and manually put into the eu4 installation to basically force it

Since it seems the graphical images do change and only the .gui files that are acting out (dunno if its only the military tab and the other areas work for you)

Weird, I disable all other mods, put in high priority the mod, and still nothing. I even go as far as uninstalling the game and downloading it again if anything changes, and no, same with the mod. How does it work in your game, I wonder?

So the file that handles the value position is countrymilitaryview.gui

Somehow mine one isn't being used and instead is using vanilla one (unlikely since after all the new graphics are there so the mod is activated) OR another mod that is simillar to vanilla but still has to use the file is being prioritised.

Best I can recommend is to check which other mod is using that file and delete it
