Why Early Access?

“We wanted to get the game into the hands of players midway through development in order to make sure we make the best game possible. We already got great feedback from players trying out the game demo and with early access we can involve the community even more in the development as they have access to the full game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate that Prehistoric Hunt will be in Early access for at least six months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We want the game to be the multiplayer dinosaur hunting game. In order to get there we need to add more content and to get these action points done:

• Dinosaur AI will be more complex and challenging.
  
• Terrain will have a lot more variance and detail.
  
• Many more dinosaur species are included.
  
• Hunting contracts and missions will be expanded.

During development we will continually keep adding content and features to the Early Access version.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current build is playable and stable.
The Early Access version has the full large island that the full version will have, but it has less special locations than the full game.
The count of weapons in the Early Access version currently is 9.
There are 12 species of dinosaurs currently in the Early Access version.
The game still needs polish and content updates to be a finished game.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will not change during early access however we plan to raise the price upon release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have included a feature into the game where players can give us developers directly feedback inside the game. We want to hear from the community where they want the game to go. Players can also join our Discord or open up new discussions in Steam.”
