Why Early Access?

“Wendigo Blue is not yet content-complete. Player feedback is essential to help test, fix, and balance various aspects of the game, such as difficulty settings, player and enemy character balance, and the randomized events that occur on a given playthrough. Early access also helps fund the rest of the development, such as contracting more music and custom sound FX.”

“The current estimate is about 1 year of early access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version:
  • Upper and middle paths on the city invasion map will be complete.
  • Complete side stories for the 4 starting player characters.
  • Complete main story and final battle.
  • 2(minimum) unlockable player characters.
  • 100% of basic cultist enemies and bosses.
  • 3(minimum) invading worlds. (each world contains 4 normal and 4 boss enemies)
  • 20 unique rings, bracers, amulets, and soul orbs each.

“Early access version:
  • Complete lower path on the city invasion map. Some upper and middle path stages.

  • 80% of basic cultist enemies and bosses.
  • 1 invading world. (each world contains 4 normal and 4 boss enemies)
  • 20 unique rings, bracers, amulets, and soul orbs each. (some inaccessible due to incomplete stages)

“I plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.”

About This Game

  As members of the Vanguard, defend your home from invading gods in this action-packed brawler set in the world of Valdis Story.

 Customize your character in each playthrough with over 80 unique items and skills. Go head to head with invading gods in intense boss battles alone, with a CPU partner, or up to 4 players in local co-op.

 Reina, Goddess of Death, has been shielding Erebus from invading gods for decades, but their numbers have become overwhelming, and foreign gods are slipping through her barrier, aided by traitorous cultists. Each god slain brings you closer to the dark truth behind the invasions.
