Fate of the Game

The game is currently in the Alpha version! Many elements are not implemented yet, and it lacks art and music!

The alpha version will continue for a while, during which time the demo version will keep being updated until sufficient funds are secured for beta development. In the future, the game will transition to a paid game. In the current demo version, players can use basic programming, items, and customization to defeat a boss. However, the game still has many bugs, which will be fixed gradually.

About This Game

Introduction

Quinary is a top-down roguelike action shooter game. Players take on the role of the Gynoid robot, customizing their body parts and using visual programming to create their own skills. In randomly generated dungeons, they defeat enemies and bosses. The game's inspiration comes from Dead by Daylight, Pixel Dungeon, Tinkers' Construct, Tetra, and Psi.

Worldbuilding

On the day humanity declared the achievement of the technological singularity, the world did not usher in the anticipated prosperity. Instead, due to the rapid technological advancements outpacing moral and legal boundaries, various technologies were abused, ultimately triggering a catastrophic event that devastated the entire universe. Unfathomable phenomena and incredible monsters emerged, plunging humanity into a long dark age. Due to a lack of records, we know very little about this dark period, but one thing is certain: it was an apocalypse. Fortunately, over time, the number of monsters and phenomena decreased, and humanity was not wiped out. The surviving humans, along with the suddenly appearing , entered a new geological era—the Quintery: a barren Earth, a society where humans and robots coexist, and a universe filled with Ooparts, Ooptechs, Oophens, and Oopents.
