Atre: Dominance Wars is a 4X real-time strategy with a twist of God-Game elements. It offers a fresh experience in the genre: original dynamic world, unique races, and lore-based detective work. Become an almighty Elder, rise to Godhood and conquer the world that’s being torn apart by a dark magic only you can stop… if you can uncover the Truth.

Campaign

Atre is a realm with 4 different worlds coexisting within: Wud, Haad, Erol, and Men. These worlds are under a constant threat of an ancient cataclysm called The Merge that violently tears apart these 4 worlds and then merges them randomly.

• So the world itself is constantly changing, barely existing under the threat of The Merge.

• The only way to escape The Merge is by finding the Thrones. These magical structures can be activated by powerful Sorcerers who give their bodies to the Throne for immortality, becoming Elders in the process.

• Elders can then use their magic to anchor the lands under their rule to the Throne itself, protecting their domain from the Merge. 

Research unit mutations and transform your armies to obliterate any enemy you come across.

Build thriving cities, construct special structures and amass legions of devoted followers.

As an Elder, research spells and gain a diverse set of powers - from spreading prosperity to bringing total annihilation. The most powerful Elders can ascend to Godhood and open the Gate between worlds. During this period you are granted absolute power and magic that can destroy the land itself, but… this power comes with a price, and the Gate between worlds stays open for powerful entities from the other side…

Magically bind various gems to craft unique artifacts that imbue you or your armies with unparalleled might. Name the artifacts as you wish, using ancient Glagolitic script.

Given to you by the gods, immortal Avatars will lead armies in your name. With each victory they gain experience; level them up, equip them with powerful artifacts and shape them into juggernauts of destruction.

Let your Envoy roam the shattered world, and send your Avatars to conquer it all. Capture cities, construct magical monoliths and create a dominion that bends to your will.

The way the world is generated depends on the magical attributes you choose when you create your character. So the world responds to your choices from the very beginning. The events you come across also change depending on these magical attributes. Take note: Events are steeped in the lore of this new world and when presented with multiple choices, unexpected consequences may arise if you don’t do some detective work.
