Why Early Access?

“We want to get the game into the hands of players as soon as possible. Inspired by Risk of rain and Marauders we plan to develop the game with early adapters' guidance. Creating a balanced and engaging experience requires careful consideration of new items, enemies, and events in this game. YOU the players can help us with this!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The first goal of Early Access is to improve single and multiplayer components as well as to deliver content and implement the feedback we get. We plan to be 12-16 months in early access that depends however on the feedback we get.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more environments, items, Weapons, mechanics, monsters, Bosses with unique mechanics and Co-op Mode.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state includes core mechanics and a full game loop with multiplayer, some Weapons, items, environments and enemies. Basically everything you need to have a lot of unpolished fun :)”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We want to adjust the price depending on the content. The plan is to increase the price in 2 phases, once with a major content update and once with the full release”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Backrooms community is great, and we plan to listen to their feedback not only in steam reviews or on our discord (LINK to discord in game description) but also by monitoring different backrooms content creators. All the feedback on the community/discussion page or in forums will always be considered.”
