Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“New content, shows, creative and gameplay mechanics are under development for Sensorium Galaxy. The platform will require substantial iteration and expansion of the core features for a coherent and intuitive experience across a variety of supported platforms, including VR and Desktop.

Sensorium Galaxy is also tied to the evolution of the burgeoning metaverse industry and VR. It necessitates support for next-generation VR HMDs and expanded cross-platform functionality, including cross-play.

We have not set a time limit for Early Access because we anticipate that our community will dictate its duration, based on their interest and comfort with the experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Sensorium Galaxy will persist as a free-to-play Social VR platform, with its functionality and content continually expanding and improving. We do not foresee any significant shift between the full version and the Early Access phase. However, once we remove the Early Access label, the users can expect that VR and Desktop client applications have reached a new level in terms of stability, performance, and feature completeness.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version available on Steam is the result of several years of work by multiple large teams of developers, ranging from pioneers of modern VR to veterans of the AAA gaming industry. The functional foundation has been implemented, but it still requires additional layers of content and interactivity.

In its current state, users can already anticipate experiencing a new generation of Social VR with a special emphasis on visuals and unique interactions with Virtual Beings. Moreover, the very first shows featuring world-class DJs and their ultra-detailed photogrammetry avatars will be available very soon.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Sensorium Galaxy is planned to remain free-to-play.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We've been building an online community for years across a variety of social platforms and messengers, and we plan to follow our users onto their platforms of choice. This allows us to build direct communication and facilitate the exchange of ideas as we strive to develop the most enjoyable online VR experience. Our roadmap will be primarily based on community feedback.”
