Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By installing, copying, or using Crown of Hispania ("Game"), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement is a contract between you (the "User") and Regalis Studio (the "Licensor") for the use of Crown of Hispania, including any content, updates, or expansions provided.
2. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the exclusive property of Regalis Studio. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written authorization from the Licensor.
Copy, distribute, or transmit the Game without prior approval from the Licensor.
Circumvent or attempt to bypass the Game's security measures.
5. Updates and Modifications
The Licensor may provide updates or patches for the Game. These updates are subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Licensor also reserves the right to modify or withdraw any aspect of the Game at any time.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE GAME'S PERFORMANCE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. The Licensor may also terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [applicable country or region]. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [applicable city or region].
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
