END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and delete the Software.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
