It is in code ... It seems that this mod see Wilson "Backack Beard" skill as its own code or as a threat while game want to add it every time in day 3 which cause a server disconnection
While it is very dificult for game code to understande the bug ... it is easy to repair that bug
1.
You need to find folder with your game mode (for me: workshop-1818688368)
2.
Enter that folder and search for the file with name: "modmain.lua"
3.
In that file searh for: "GLOBAL.EQUIPSLOTS="
There will be a list of "extra equip slots" ... you need to add another one: BEARD = "beard",
4.
Now save the file and done ...
