I could probably make one that's "normal" size, however it would be fairly small and lose most of it's detail. So I have no plans to make a 1:1 scale version.

not really and kind of... I make the map at 1x scale to start that way it's proportional and then I enlarge it untill it fills the largest space possible. Finally I detail it (well somewhat). I have thought about making a map that has a normal sized version of it's self in it's self, like a play set in a kids room, or a train set in a basement or garage. I'll make another map when inspiration strikes me.

Should just need basic hl2/gmod, most things are custom and are packaged with the map.
