1. It grants a simple bonus (+30, which is almost as strong as an anti-denunciation or a declaration of friendship)
2. It is 6 per era (so 6 in ancient, 12 in classic, 18 in medieval, etc), doubled when applied to a military unit.
3. Yes, which is probably a potential exploit
4. UU provides the nearest city +2 Tourism and +3 Production (does not stack), and another 10% production when garrisoned in a city.
5. No, as the unit is a Great General and thresholds are applied when a great person is generated, not when used.

1:how does the UA affects the diplomatic with the other male leaders?
2:what is the magnitude of production boost after an improvement completed or a tile is cleared?
3: will the boost available if I reconstruct another improvement ?
4:what is the magnitude of UU's production and culture boost towards a city?
5:if I used an UU to rush production like a great engineer, will it increase the threshold of the great engineer?

As far as I know, the AI isn't all that great at maximizing the utility of the Nigri Domini. However, the AI is great at taking advantage of the UA's production bonus: I've seen games where he was the predominant, or at least a military power to reckon with. There were games where he was shit out of luck but more often than not Van Darkholme's OK in the hands of the AI
