when you try to spawn a jet on the carrier the jet spawns in the ship and blows up

Is there a way to get Blufor and Independent to fight each other on this map? On Altis they do but here they show up as friendlies

It won't let me play any NMD, for some reason. I get stuck in the map, and can't do anything to prevent this.
