Eureka! see the example modding tutorial in this workshop. Copy and paste it into a new folder, Photoshop the new faces (I found all of them on spriters resource, rename and use the in-game mod manager to upload.

I don't know how to export sounds from Oh, sir. I tried using UnityAssetsExplorer but it crashes on export.
