Nice mod! One conflict is all I have found. If you have CAMP that adds a bunch of campsites, there is ONE site that is directly at the end of the added stone bridge. The bridge and campsite end up merged together. Not a huge deal but could be for a perfectionist lol

@Augmenti - Did you ever figure out the answer to your question? I use MO too, but I generally only use the vanilla Skyrim launcher to make sure all my Workshop mods are up-to-date. After it's done updating, I close it down, fire up MO, use LOOT to auto-sort, and then use MO to further tweak the load order as needed and launch the game straight from MO. Haven't had any problems playing Skyrim that way, but I haven't tried this mod yet.

whats the name of the note? The second time running through the game with this mode none of the bandits had the note on them and I used detect dead and everything, if I had the name i can spawn it in. ---the seller doenst have the deed if i dont have the note. Thanks.

Unfortunately, not compatible with Helgen Reborn. The exit for one of the new dungeons for HR is very close to the main house for Bluecreek so both are fighting to make changes to the landscape. You either get the HR exit buried in dirt, or half the manor underground. No matter which option, there's still weird things going on by the shore. :( Otherwise, the layout feels really organic and overall the place is really beautiful.

This mod doesn't work anymore. At least the steam version doesn't. It's really sad, because it has went down in my memory as being an excellent mod. Alongside AFT/UFO, CBBE/UNP/Seraphim, and the Adventurer's Basement.

The mod downloaded, but it's not showing up anywhere. Not even on the map. I fast-traveled closest I could to it, but it just plain isn't there. Please fix this if possible.

I can't enter the dead mans drink is there command to instantly own it cause the horse and hot tube don't fill up until u do

Wow! Starting with a bit of intrigue, leading to the purchase of an estate/community and having fun exploring the many, many places that this mod has to offer. The placement of the enchanting & the alchemy tables near each other and in the same cell of the main area is exactly what I've been looking for. So many nicely decorated rooms to explore. Kudos.

**(If possible, a few small chests/lock boxes around the enchantment & alchemy tables would be nice. There are the barrels (but I keep knocking stuff over trying to use them - I'm a klutz) and near the cupboard, a few satchels would be helpful to keep various ingredients organised and small chests nearby for enchantment items).

Outstanding HOME!! I love it! (and to those who are having problems, the bandit chief is the one you have to loot and he often falls through the porch and is a bit tricky to loot - try dropping off the the porch just to the right side (facing the front door) and looting him from there.)
AND - I use skyui and I had no trouble buying it in the inn in town.

Can anyone explain to me how or why the Bluecreek estate mod sometimes just disapears from my game, along with everything I've stored in it, and then when it reappears I have to do the quest all over again and pay for the deed again.

Yes, I, too, am in love with this home..... Something about this place is most appropriate for my concept of my dragonborne. There are plenty of rooms for realistic purposes and the place feels not merely secluded but secure. Thanks sincerely for all the great work you have accomplished in this mod.

I was gonna mention that this mod conflicts with Helgen Reborn, but I just saw the compatibility note, heh. I might not install it: it just shows a little landfill at the door to Staadomar. I justify this as the house being built AFTER the Helgen Reborn questline and they just did the landfill to seal the cave. XD Love the mod!

Echnaton, there's one bed for a follower - I didn't really design this with children in mind. You could stash them in the servant quarters or cellar? ;-)

Sebastian, there is something similar, actually. Search for a secret door in the mine or in the living room of the house..
