Ensure your subscribed:
- Hit Q scroll down to addons
- Look through the list for my SCP Pack (I don't remember the name.)
- Click the pack, and look in items.
- You should be able to hover in the spawn menu now and select which one you want to spawn

@yellow Check it's not in someone else's pack. I just loaded up Gmod, it is there. However if another addon has the same model it will only show it once in one of the addons.
