@Potatomon, It was published from the same account. That is why I thoght that it was made by same person, and was wonder why previous mod had much better quality. If it is made by another person then it explains everything. Even free content should be rated. That is why steam has both upvote and downvote buttons. Negative feedbacks sometimes help modder to make better content. I don't want to discourage anybody.
