With Pac editor you can use the textures from this on the Reaper Playermodel.

You could use the collision/prop resizer to shrink it if you feel it's too big.

At the moment I really can't. The reason being the the program I use to extract the Overwatch models doesn't have the keys for uprising stuff. So that will have to wait.
