aaaa yes! I had this idea once but I didn't (and still don't) have modding knowledge so it's really cool to see this!

I quite like th idea of this character with the orbital and all but maybe making a bible character as opposed to a church role and updating his art would a go a long way to making him really cool

Hmmm, do you have any more details? What happens when you try to play as the character? Does it just not follow the character around?

This mod would be super great, if it actually worked. I tried multiple things multiple times trying to fix a problem that i've been getting but nothing works. Sometimes the tear stays in one position, but almost always, it goes around half a rotation then teleportes back to starting point. Please fix this

This broke recently I think? It might be a mod interaction but the tear is now frozen in a position right and slightly down from the character. It also vanishes and refreshes on hitting things rather than being piercing, which means it practically instagibs everything.

Ive been trying out some things and found out that the mod "the traitor" actually breaks this character acusing the same problem as before with the tear breaking thoughed it would be worth noting

Ok. I think I got it. Apparently I was missing a variable. Also, as I suspected, the booster pack screwed over something that I had.

Just thoughed id mention but it still has the same problem, once i enter a room with enemies it stops moving and stays at the door, if a enemy hits its it repositions next to the priest but doesnt follow, once all enemies are dead it starts moving again

For me, the tear still bursts upon any collision and resets to dead right, making the dps on the right side of the priest obscenely high, and the dps on the left nearly nonexistent

It's the drawback of the fix. It's not stuck, but it takes a while to rotate.

I cant move through rooms, the tear gets stuck on doors and walls, make his tears spectral, maybe it will fix it

One more thing, I am going to probably remove Eucharist in the next iteration, so people can get Devil Deals easier. What do you think?

He has not tried it, no. He actually doesn't seem to make mod spotlights anymore. Not sure if that is permanent or what.

Wow, that was quick! This is one of the more interesting character mods I've seen so far. Do you know if Northernlion has tried it yet? All orbitals seems right up his alley.

Ok, everything should be working now. Also, while I was at it, I added a synergy with all items that give homing :)

Weird, thank you for letting me know. I'll get onto it and hope to fix it asap.

Got home and tested it on my Windows 10 machine with the same results. I have a 100% reproduction rate with no items and no other mods active. Since it seems like the tear is despawning on collision, I thought I might be able to fix it by giving myself piercing shots, but it exhibited the same behavior. If you get yourself positioned by a boss correctly so that it respawns on the boss, the DPS is absurdly high, but I didn't capture that in the video below.
